COOK YOUR OWN STEAK ON A STONE*

*RESTAURANT SERVING ONLY*

Our classic steak on a rock. Choose your favourite from the steak of the day options. Served with chef's freshly fried chipped potatoes, beer battered onion rings and crispy salad garnish. The volcanic rock allows you to cook your steak exactly how you like it!

*A selection of accompanying sauces can be purchased for £2.00 each.


FISH, CHIPS AND MINTED MUSHY PEAS

Large boneless fish fillet in our own special homemade beer batter, served with freshly fried chipped potatoes, minted mushy peas, tartare sauce and a lemon wedge.


SINGLEHURST SIGNATURE BURGER

A Singlehurst 1/4lb beef burger, monterray jack cheese, served in a toasted brioche bun with chefs freshly fried chipped potatoes, beer battered onion rings and a salad garnish.


SEARED MACKEREL

Seared mackerel served with new potatoes, samphire and lemon caper butter.


VEGGIE BURGER

A 'Moving Mountains' 1/4lb burger, monterray jack cheese, served in a toasted brioche bun with chefs freshly fried chipped potatoes, beer battered onion rings and a salad garnish.


ZA'ATAR AUBERGINE - POMME ANNA

A delicious mix of crispy layers of buttery potato, pickled red cabbage and  humus.



A CHOICE OF DESSERTS WILL BE AVAILABLE EACH WEEK.
